Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation terms for SmartSoft Technologies services.

Project-based services
Our services are delivered against milestones defined in each proposal or agreement. Payments for milestones that have been started or delivered are generally non-refundable, as they cover work already performed.
Where an agreement includes an advance, the treatment of the advance on cancellation is defined in that agreement.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel an engagement as described in the agreement. On cancellation, work completed up to that point is invoiced and the corresponding deliverables are handed over on payment.
Retainers and dedicated teams
Monthly retainers and dedicated team engagements can be cancelled with the notice period stated in the agreement. Fees for the current billing period are not refundable.

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us first — we will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
